At first I thought it was a Do Luck Kit...

But looks to be BOMEX Side Skirts and Rear Bar.

Front Bar looks like Nissan Series 3 or Nismo and maybe a BOMEX Front Lip...

Bomex side skirts with Do Luck rear bar...front bar is standard with Nismo air ducts, dont confuse with Nismo 400R front bar

No it's not, stock bar with nismo oil cooler vents as stated before n series 3 lip

It's an S3 lip in the first pics but it's an aftermarket one in the later pics.

yeah i was looking at the lip more than anything else. the better photo makes the attached ducts more obvious.
