Looking At New Lcas

So I f**ked the bolt on my passenger side LCA (lower control arm) during my brake upgrade, and it's easier to buy new a new LCA than to muck around with this bolt further.

What sort of options do I have with regards to aftermarket parts? Something adjustable, maybe?

I haven't had a chance to study how to get camber on my ride, but I'm wonder if the LCA plays a roll in obtaining camber?
