I just came back from a cruise on the M4 and in top gear cruising on 110km/h i slowly wound on the juice and my car was making a squealing noise and boost was only around 10psi when it was making that noise any ideas any1 doesnt do it in any other gear????

It might be a compressor surge? Really high load low rpm the turbo may be pushing more air than the engine can swallow

Thats what i was thinking too dude just freaked me out sounded nasty are there any remedies or does it mean 5th gear in my car is useless to accelerate in?

if its compressor surge you can try tweaking the tune if it doesnt do it by much.

otherwise you basically have to try make it lazier onto boost, so either lower gain settings or lift your foot slightly through that area.
