Im getting a R32 GTS-T very shortly but am worried about insurance

Now im a 19yr from Melbourne and i know its not ganna be cheap but any ideas who i should go thru?

Should i go under parents name as second driver???

Im going for Full Comp as well

Plz give advice!!!

It's going to cost you at least $2500, even in your parents name and the insurance companies are cottoning onto this idea. Try Just Car insurance. Third Party insurance is usually around $600 - $700.

Id also suggest doing a search as even I have posted answers to the same question 367 times Or read the two threads at the top of the page that cover this issue

under parents name doesn't work any more... the question 'what is the age of the youngest driver who will be driving the car' is what defines the cost. no history, r32 gtst, 19 y/o, full comp - about $3500... just cars is probably the best you'll find.

seeing as it's an r32 gtst, 3rd party insurance may be the way to go assuming it doesn't have $20k put into it.

also remember to take into account part costs before buying it... $$$
