opinions on this turbo for an rb20det

This T3 T04b turbine has a Fresh Rebuild on it. The shaft was VBS Balanced to insure no damage. Also comes with Oil return fittings and oil feed fittings. The specs are as follows

The exhaust side is a .63 AR and the compressor is 57 Trim and has a stage 3 wheel... This turbine is made for INCREDIBLE SPOOL AND AWESOME TOP END! It is a T3/T4 Hybrid.

This turbine has Next to no shaft play at all because it has a fresh rebuild on it.

can someone tell me there opinion on this turbo,i want to fit it to a rb20det

Sounds like an Ebay turbo. I would either go with a 50 trim compressor or a 60 trim. The 54 and 57 trims don't seem to be as effecent. Standered bearing turbo's are fine to use.

Nothing wrong with buying a non water cooled, non ball bearig turbo, just dont pay too high a price for one...

whymy trust t518z is non water cooled and non ball bearing. so are td06's they are all good turbo's

Have you got the T518Z on your SR yet, can i ask what sort of power is it making?

its on the sr but the sr is not in the car and running hoping for 220rwkw in mild tune then 250 rwkw down the track, Should be achiveable.
