Don't buy by km's. Check inside and out for general condition. As with most imports, the odometer is just a bunch of pretty numbers :)

Take out the boot lining and check near the spare tyre well for rust. Common rust area for R32's.

Remember revs and vehicle history checks are a must.

Also if possible get an import specialist mechanic who is very familiar with skylines to look it over. I got a Nrma check done and the mechanic didn't even notice that there were 3 different types of tyres on the car, or any of the other bigger problems...
