I have been interested in turbo's but I've never really known much about them.. I took a look at some sites around the net and it seems my list below is what an entire turbo system would be composed of. Can you guys add anything more?

Note: In general terms. This is not a skyline application. :D

Turbocharger

Intercooler

Intercooler Piping

Exhaust Manifold

Fuel / Timing Controller

Fuel Injectors

Wastegate Assembly

Blow Off Valve Assembly

Downpipe

Intake

All necessary Hardware, Hoses, and Fittings

You sorta have it covered with the 'All necessary Hardware, Hoses, and Fittings' bit

I'd add a decent fuel pump, upgraded air flow meter, and possibly things like cams, headwork, crank/rods/pistons, oil coolers etc depending on how suited the engine is to turbocharging in stock form and what you want to do with it. And don't forget a boost guage :D

Oh yeah, a boost controller would be good

I like to steer away from thick head gaskets to lower compression, I much prefer to do it with a combination of headwork and crank, rods and pistons. There's nothing wrong with a properly designed metal head gasket, I just prefer the other way :D
