Removing Driver Side Seat Plastic Guard ?

Hey guys,

So recently my seat started swaying back and forth as I was driving.. and I thought I should take a look because it was rather annoying... and I found a bolt that had i guess come loose and fallen out.

Today I went to put it back in which seemed easy enough but there is a plastic guard blocking me... I took out the main screws how ever the seat adjusters are in the way, does anyone know how to remove them ? Here is a pic below... any advise much appreciated... Thanks

They have clips behind them like how manual window winders are held on.

What part of the seat is loose the cushion or back rest?
