So I've been leaving oil on my driveway.

After some long inspection I have 2 oil leaks:

1. Power steering

2. Oil leak from block to turbo

I know the oil pressue gauges are fairly in accurate but I've noticed it was low at times. Check pic. That was on idle as I pulled into driveway after 15 minute drive. But it is often at that pressure most of the time at idle.

So the leak is running from one of the braided lines, from turbo to the block. I've read in other "oil leak articles" that it is common for seals to break down after an oil change as the old oil (if not changed regularly) breaks down the seal and forms a seal. So changing of the oil removes that seal. And I am 70% sure it has started happening after I changed the oil. I've stopped driving it now. But could this also be the reason for poor power output as the engine is leaking pressure? Could someone give me an insight into this and what is happening.

What is required, what parts are needed and can it be done by myself?

Any questions please ask. Thanks guys
