Heater Hose Leak?

Hey all

So my R33 has decided to start pissing water out of a hose at the back of the motor. I can see 2 possible hoses it could be. the 2 hoses at the back of the motor that go under the intake manifold. I cant really make out where they go. I was told it could be a T piece in the heater hose line that is rusted out. It leaks out pretty quickly and can only be driven too and from work.

Questions!

Has anyone else had this problem?

Does anyone have a heater/water hose diagram to see all possible hoses and where they go?

there's one more hose that goes to turbo for water cooling ,you really have to look hard to see it but its there , this could be the issue.
