Rb20Det Hard To Cold Start And Stalling Out When Warm When Returning To Idle

I have problem too I have rb20det stock with stock ecu s13 240sx I cant find out anywhere to slove the problem like when it cold out it wont let me start like I have to start it 15 time then it start depend on how cold if just warm out it start right away n also when it fully warm it turn to weird sound like bad miss fire a lot if I drive it on highway it change back to normal plus I cant go over 100 cuz 100mph is 7000rpm or 8000rpm , my car wont burn out no leak no ecu computer red light on only over 5000 rpm it push lil hard under 5000rpm slow an hear like miss respond as soon u hit the gas it will move about 1.5 second
