Make Me A Mod

Is it possible to make a person a moderator of threads? In particular years ago i started a laptime thread in Club Motorsport and since my rights to mod the thread were removed the thread has not had lap times updated. No direspect Duncan or grandmasterb, they probably dont have the time or interest. Where as I do...any chances or what needs to be done to give me moderators rights over the thread?

good idea, for things like the 1/4 mile thread on NSW that never seems to be updated, there is a laptime thread?

Sitting with Prank atm actually... We are thinking maybe a database type thing as mod access in a thread doesn't really work

Maybe that Marc Roberts bloke might have a better idea how to set such a thing up...

I'll do some investigation when i get some time. We are migrating to a patched forum soon too, so might be after that as there are a fair few issues with the current version

Just make me a mod of that thread only. It has been so long since it has been updated and we would know who our quickest cars were if allowed to keep it updated...which in turns makes sure people post up times and pay notice

Can't do for individual threads.

Might talk to the others and add you in as a sectional mod perhaps.

Any decision on this? Sorry if I am being a pain in the a55. I have some spare time weeknights at present and can give the times a good audit. Come March I am going to have the car in the garage working on it in all my spare time

I know, that was just a play on the line from the ad I was in. I don't actually expect to be made a mod. Birds just mentioned my brush with fame and I replied in kind.
