I beleive it's called a T1. UAS used to sell these but I dont beleive their made with the forward facing vent anymore.

You can get the same thing without that forward facing vent from UAS and/or Just Jap.

I've had 2 and the last one was stolen off my GTR R32 and the previous one I sold with my R32 GTS-t.
