You can order any item individually, or all of the above to make your Skyline even more of a corner devouring beast!

Delivery is not included in this price, and rather than quote a "one size fits all" cost, contact me with your postcode for an accurate shipping cost.

The average shipping cost over the last 4 Group Buys I've run has been around the $20 -$30 mark; (insurance is extra).

As I live in Faulconbridge (Blue Mountains), all those wishing to come to me are welcome otherwise, I am happy to travel a reasonable distance in the Sydney area to deliver at no cost!

This is a great saving over retail, and an excellent chance to get hold of fantastic quality components that will really improve the handling of your wagon!

To stop this from dragging on for ages, I will requre FULL payment by Monday 3rd October 2011, and delivery is should be around 2-3 weeks later; 17th October onwards (actual delivery date may be a little earlier or a little later) depending on manufacturing lead time.

Please PM me for a shipping quote BEFORE depositing any funds.

Rest assured, I will be keeping in touch through the process, and in contact with all purchasers once they're ready!

So let's get cracking!

What are the links for? I'm interested in getting a set of swaybars for r33 but not sure whether to get adjustable or fixed yet.

The links use a fully encapsulated heavy duty ball joint; basically removes all of the give in the urethane bushed style set up that are included in the Sway Bar kit.

Gives a much more direct response; but without any of the attendant noise and maintenance isses encountered with race style, aircraft (or Heim) joints.

I use these on my own car and the difference in response even on an OEM Sway Bar was incredible.

What would you recommend for a R33 GTS-T combination in front & rear swaybar size ? I was thinking of putting the 24mm adjustable up front , with the 22mm adjustable in the rear . Also with the links all way round aswell :)

Spot on I reckon; the 27mm front is probably a little too much for the street. The links just make a nice package that little bit nicer...

Looking forward to having you on board.

BNF24X; 27mm Fixed 2WD; RRP; $265 Me; $220

BNR11XXZ; 24mm ADJ; RRP; $299 Me; $240

Plus I would like front an rear links. All parts for 1996 ecr33

No problem; I can do that.

Do you need delivery? If so; please PM me and I can fix you up with a postage price.

Cheers, Dale.

Dale you should get the mods to move this thread to the group buy section an delete the other one

It actually is in there, but most people don't seen to look in there; I thought this might help it get a bit more traffic.

Got 3 so far; if needs be I'll go ahead with that, but I'd like a couple more. Normally there's a bit of a rush in the last week.thumbsup.gif

Going to get involved?

    • Well, hydraulic lifters will get noisy if they are dirty/fouled in some way, and exactly how that manifests will depend on exactly what schmutz is where. There is a procedure on here somewhere for dismantling and soaking/cleaning them. Replacing them with new is about 50% of the work and about 5% of the money!
    • Thanks for the reply @GTSBoy this is is a hydraulic lifter engine. Yea right i did not realise the lifters were supposed to be compressible while installed. I could push them down but i had to lean almost my while body weight on them.  I have never heard of a lifter/ lifters ticking only at hot idle and getting worse the hotter it gets. I have owned a few jdm cars with noisy lifters. This noise is slightly more subtle, it is more of a sharp gentle metalic tic than the solid and more loud tapping I've heard on lifters. I have used a metal rod, alloy tube, hose and stethoscope and could not find the source of the tick. But it appears to be loudest on the actual engine block behind the exhaust cam gear and next to the oil filter. I had mate (40 year old mechanic) go over it with me and he couldn't find it either..  Could it be a cam seal issue of some sort?  Cheers
    • This seems problematic and unlikely at the same time. Vanilla RB2Xs have hydraulic lifters. They do have "zero" clearance, but only when running with oil pressure inside them. When not running, you should be able to compress them and obtain heaps of clearance. RB26s and Neos have solid lifters. They should have ~0.3mm and ~0.5mm on the inlet and exhaust respectively. If they have zero clearance then bad things are happening. With nothing else being wrong, it would mean that the valves would be held slightly (ever so slightly) open when they are supposed to be closed and it should have all sorts of problems when running, caused by leakage in/out through the valves. Or, zero clearance can indicate severe valve seat recession. None of it is good. Have you used a piece of hose as a stethoscope to try to localise the noise?
    • Sorry for reviving an old post, but I'm having the same hot idle tick issue. Did anyone ever find out what it was?  I have checked/ replaced Injectors Coils checked Lifter clerance (is at zero) Checked Cam lobes Replaced exhaust gasket and studs Would appreciate any advice this is driving me nuts
