i just heard some bloke on the radio saying something about Victorian suit wearing, double chin fat f**ks in parliament want to bring similar roadworthy laws from Shitdney, where any car that is 10 years and older must go through roadworthy at every rego renewal. He said the main reason for this was to get the market going for the car industry here in Oz.

People have been trying to bring it in for many many years, wont happen atm due to the looming gfc they are predicting, infact it may never happen due to people saying that all it will do is make it harder for the poor.
