Got Defected ! Have A Few Qs

Ok so I got defected the other day it was classed as a major defect

I got done for

Too low

My cooler kit not being modplated and engineered (it's a blits kit and the return pipe comes thru the inner fielded under neath the battery tray????) I thought these kits were legal?

And my steering wheel not being padded

So they classed this as a major defect and asked my too apper in court ?WTF

Now I have to go over the pits

My questions are

1. I'f I go over the pits are they gunna go right over my car like pick on everything Do I need to be completely stock to pass ?

Should I even bother I have just bought another car and am thinking of just deregisteering the car so I can take my time to clean the car up and do it right .

Will this clear the defect of the car ?

Or will it need to be taken over the pits when registeered again?

Any help from anyone been in a similar situation appreciated

cancel rego

get it printed out from transport off there computer screen and signed by person behind counter.

take paper and fine into local police station tell them u have de registered this veichle. get them 2 photo copy it and cancel it out of there defect book.

get a new rwc locally or whoever u know well and re register it.

done.

dont go over pits

you will come out with a list 3 times as long.

what do you/police mean "steering wheel not padded" ?

After market steering wheels need to have a padded centre now so in the impact of a crash u don't hit the wheels and smash ur face ....

Doesn't matter I'f you physically could not make it to the wheel either
