How about a 18x10 +22 I dont want to roll the guards and i don't want it touching the inner guard or plastic. Also my car is lowered i dont know how much by but lets just say the front lip sits around 10 cm of the ground

With these size and offset, I dare say you can put 275/35 or Semi slick in 265/35

Do you think it will be touching the inner guards on humps and full lock turns etc

they are going to touch mate. if you want to be sure of clearance and don't want to modify inner or outer guards then you are best off with 18X9 +20. could possibly stretch to 18X9.5 but the problem is going to be the tyre anyway. you really need to stick with a 18/255 a 265 will rub so given you'll be kept to 255s then might as well just get the 9s as 255 is the perfect width for a 9 inch rim.
