Hello there,

I am thinking about installing an alarm system. (not so much for the alarm but for not having to use the keys)

I did this before on different cars so I know a thing or two about it ..

Would anybody know if the S2 ever came with a keyless entry system from factory?

(That would mean that there might already be something prepared in the electrics)

Also what would be the best location for the alarm-controller?

no they dont have KEYLESS entry

you can use RFID or buy a prepackaged setup to add to existing alarms

true keyless = leave your keys in your pocket, doors unlock when you get close, you get in drive off , with or without a key , might be push button start

remote control entry = key with power locks on the head. or alarm remote

some of hte S2 33's had it but it was a dealer fitted thing.
