no speed reading on my rb20 det r31

hey guys, just finished my conversion, only problem, cant get a speed reading?? its wired up and i took the speed sensor out of the rb30 gear box and screwed in onto the rb20det one?? how come i aint getting sensed????

p.s( i think there is also a loose bolt or nut in my clutch area somewhere grinding around HRMMMM!! DOH)

isnt the rb20det cable driven and the r31 electric motor driven, did you remove the rb30e and box or someone else?

hmmm, not sure i think the rb20det one is cable driven but i dont think it is compatible with the r31 thats why i swapped it, did it all ourselves, heard of ppl just swapping them out before

i've just put a r32 rb20det into my r30 and the box was cable so it just plugged in! just saw your thread on the r31 club as i was going to say try there!! have you seen an engineer at all or do you know a place to go to as the place i was to use closed with no forwarding address?? also keen to know how the r31 goes with the rb20det as mine needs a "boost"...
