Hey Guys,

Anyone had this problem and fixed it?

If so, could you please let me know?

Leaking from near top of unit, so it seems and only occasionally - then the the brake master fluid drops and the red hand brake indicator lights while cornering.

- reason for leak? O-rings failing, etc?

- any seal kits available?

- anything else one needs to know?

Regards ... Les Melbourne . . .

if you are brave you can pull it apart and then source replacement seals and 0-rings for it. just keep everything super clean, take lots of pics/drawings and don't lose anything! a good seal place will be able to match most if not all the o-rings in it.

BB have you confirmed this can really be done? It was rumored for a while, but all the seals are non-circular cross-section so generic seals wont do. I tried and failed with the EDPM o ring list that was posted on this forum....haven't heard anyone confirm they succeeded. If the proper seals could be found it should be possible but no-one seems to have found them.

have not done it to any of mine (never needed to) but yes I know of a bloke who did it. I think there are even pics floating around on this forum somewhere.
