LOL, what may look good sitting still may be quite painfull whilst driving, no, I will go as far as saying what looks like it would handle bad and be a PITA to drive on a street, would infact handle bad and be a PITA on the street.

Wide wheels with low offset

Narrow tyres

Low coilovers

Rolled guards

Aquire these things and you will have the stance you are after

A standard R33 will handle better though, especially on surfaces with bumps (ie everywhere)

The question was where do I get stance, which should have been how do I get stance, not what are everyone's opinions on how stance affects the handling of a car or relevant legalities. My 2c anyway.....epic defects, handling may or may not go out the window and as mentioned above, camber+low offset wheels + rolled and/or pumped guards+ stiff coilies.

Having said all that I'm still chasing some nice fitment:) I know how it affects my car and the consequences mechanically and legally, but I want it and will work around what I have to to get it

You have your answered your own question.

in the old days they would put sand bags in the car to lower it, you should try that.

the only problem i see is it might sink your r33....

Handling may or may not go out the window?

There's no question about it, handling WILL be out the window.
