Removing Water Stains From Roof?

I have some pretty nasty water stains on my headliner,

Does anyone have any ideas on how to remove these without causing damage to the fabric/adhesive?

No worries. Don't know how bad, spread out the stain is but if its all over, you could hire a carpet cleaner with the upholstery attatchment if its everywhere? My car had blotches all over the place so I took out the seats and trim and went nuts. Looks brand new. should have seen the slime that came out!

BigW should stock meguiars cloth and trim cleaner, and i think they sell it for around $12.
