Hi all, am building my rb26/30 as you can read in this thread: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/374072-your-thoughts-my-rb2630-build/

I am going to go with a gtx 3582 t4 1.06 twin scroll rear

And most likely a rb26 6 boost manifold however:

The person i am going to get to tune the car reckons that a single 60mm tial wastegate will be the best option for this setup. However on the net alot of peoples thoughts seem to be that twin 38mm wastegates will spool it up faster.

So what are your thoughts on twin scroll with single vs dual wastegates?

also need to know what is the best cheapest valve springs to use with standard rb26 cams, as the same tuner says he has seen float in standard at around 20 psi.

he said supertech?

the place my head is getting reco'd at said to use a spool rear head drain kit, and im going to use a 1.25 mm restrictor and blocked rear

however; they seem to think that drilling out the oil return 1mm bigger is a waste of time, same with machining around the return

am going to be using a jun oil pump.

any opinion and thoughts are much appreciated :)

cheers, Chris.

I'm using twin 38mm gates, it does seem to help with response.

performance springs are good and cheap- http://www.performancesprings.com.au/

I have head drain, 1.1mm restrictor, drilled out oil drains and jun pump.-no surge issues.
