Is Ceramic To Metal Good?

hey guys

i own a r33 gtst s2 and i have been told that the most affordable way to gain a little bit of more power is to change my stock ceramic wheeled turbo to a metal wheeled turbo .

my question is, is this correct ?

i have also been told that i should put s15 injectors as my stock ones are around 330 cc and the s15's are around 450cc.

They are both true statements but what mods does your car have already? lots of other things to do 1st before u consider injectors and turbo mods
