Hey all,

I'm in need of some advise/help with the predicament i'm in, I've just recently brought a complete rear end bush kit from powerflex which is stated to fit my car (R32 GTR) they are labelled on the box as 200SX but there website says they are the same.

The bushes I recieved are:

Rear trailing arm bushes 45mm long

Rear link bushes

Rear toe link inner bushes

I have taken my car and bushes to pedders and fulcrum suspension and they have both said they don't look like they will fit.

Has anyone else had this same issue?

Do 200SX bushes fit in R32 GTR's?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Cheers

Well....actually 200sx would come very close to fitting. All of the subframe end bushes (ie subframe bushes and upper and lower control arm inner end) should be the same.

I thought upper control arm outer end (hub) were the same too.

In any case, if they say they don't fit....I guess they know what they are talking about ;)

200sx bushes for the rear subframe and control arm are different to GTR.

Subframe bushes are actually longer

Control arm inner bushes are wider and won't fit into the subframe.

Outer are the same as GTR/ most Nissan chassis.

Be cautious with the subframe bushes. Some brands require you to press the entire Nissan bush and outer shell from the subframe. Others (nolothane in particular) require you to cut the rubber section of the bush out and clean up the putter shell NOT removing it at all from the subframe.

This is a bitch of a job that is very time consuming to do properly.
