Things to check:

Check throttle cable is set correctly ( not over tightened, and stuck at partial throttle ).

Check all vacuum lines are secure, undamaged and where they need to be.

Clean idle air control valve.

I fail to see why the clutch would make your engine revs flare up. Check IAC and throttle cable and throttle body. If the accel cable is frayed or worn internally it won't return as quick as it should due to it binding.

cos the moment i step on the clutch to change gears, it revs up right away some times..so maybe the clutch play a little role but i will check the other stuff u mentioned. thanks

Not sure if serious..... or troll..

Had the exact same problem with when I clutched in sometimes it would rev higher then normal etc.

I can almost guarantee that it's the TPS or the AAC. I adjusted my TPS and fixed the issue.

It still happens every now and then and the mechanic told me my TPS throws high voltages randomly as its faulty

From what I can see, there have been many constructive and worthwhile suggestions made here aswell as some examples of peoples sense of humour.

Hopefully some of these words of wisdom and advice can be of assistance to you and perhaps even help to put a smile on your face, whether it be through aiding you in getting to the bottom of the problem or even just simply having a laugh.

The problem doesn't sound too major but by troubleshooting some of the options mentioned, there's a good chance you will find the cause and everything will be OK.

TL;DR

Chill out dude, we're trying to help !!!

Mine does change with the clutch sometimes.

But it has nothing at all to do with the clutch so don't waste money on that.

Also take the advice from others and take a chill pill. You will get no where and no help biting back at people having a joke

If I was a betting woman I'd go Eric...

But yeah as the others are saying lighten up. No point getting angry if you want people's help. Tends to get others off side too.

You'll notice there's a LOT of stuff in the NSW and ACT section all said in good fun.
