hey guys and girls, I found a r32 gtr at a price i couldnt refuse so I regrettibly have to get rid of my r34 project.

it was to be a z-tune replica with an ls1 but I cant have 2 projects on the go.

so basiclly i have the r34 gtt shell and parts as follows:

1 spare drivers door

front hubs

2 front cross members

2 spare tail lights minus plastic garnish

front and rear suspension (std)

2 dash pads

there are no front or rear reo's or bumpers nor side skirts either.

the shell has rear drive train including the auto tailshaft, and every thing is there for the front I just need a few bolts to be able to put it back together.

It has a shopping trolley under the front to keep it rolling.

As for the shell itself, it was a repairable write off with minor damage on the front drivers headlight and a nasty

cut down the drivers side, hence the spare door(same colour) I was going to put gtr rear guards on to cover it up.

I would prefer to sell the whole lot( shell and parts) in one go for $1400 but if there is no interest in that I will happily part it out

at cost price or less. i bought all the parts and spares from fellow sau users real cheap so in return i'll sell them cheap.

Location is adelaide and I am happy to post parts with e-go or aus post.

It was to be a time attack project so I was never worried about getting it rego'd but it can be done.

However it would still be an awsome track car as there are'nt many r34's doing time attack or even drift.

best contact is 0420 734 794 or pm me here. pics will up this weekend as i have camera issuse but i'll throw some temp ones up later tonight.

cheers, troy

    • Excuse me for butting in....but which part of ADHD can be considered a superpower? I would have though it far more likely that some ASD comorbidity is more likely to be contributing to an ability to hyperfocus on something. ADHD being aimed somewhat in the other direction. My shed looks like your shed. My whiteboard list of unfinished projects has entries going back 15 years. I know what you're talking about - I just struggle to connect ADHD to the results being discussed.
    • Thanks for reaching out!  It's a blessing and a curse at the same time.  I'm undiagnosed but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see it in me... I have more half started projects laying around my house, shed, garden, etc taking up space and money, destroying aesthetics than if I added up all of my mates projects together. But, ADHD gives me the ability to hyper focus on things that no mere mortal could even  comprehend.  A recent pool build is an example of that....  I dont know anyone else that would be dumb enough and focused enough to take on then complete something of that magnitude. I call ADHD a superpower but it can equally be completely destructive if not controlled and focusedon the right places. Addiction is a major concern to ADHD people and thankfully my addictions have been no worse than projects, XBOX, chocolate and being an arsehole! It's often hereditary and my 13 year old son is currently learning how to drive it at the moment. Keep lurking! If i can finally finish this bloody thing at some point it will be a win for all of us ADHD'ers! 🤪
    • I've been quietly following this thread for ages, but this one got me. Since my ADHD diagnosis (and associated learnings and prescription) I'm way less inclined to wade into forum yarns when there are better things to do with my time, as half the time I'd end up in some kind of forum debate even if that wasn't my intention. I've not lost the ADHD "superpowers", just am a lot better at directing my hyperfocus into slightly more constructive things, but haven't stopped quietly lurking in here in my spare time.
    • Stripped the tank down and gave it a good scrub. It came up really good! Not sure if I'll just put it back in like that or give it a blackening treatment (such as Bowdens The Black Box). That might give it a matte look so might just run it as is.
    • @MBS206 Ha ha, yeah ADHD is a daily battle to not get drawn in to doing things you want to do that you know you shouldn't do!  Every single time I walk into my shed I end up doing something I started the day having zero intention of doing! I keep mentioning the 1 step forward, 3 steps back scenario and I'm tipping people that are blessed with ADHD (yes, blessed) are the worst at that!
