Problem with modern houses are they date so fast in 10 years they are shit nice Victorian is timeless love the renovated ones where they open up the back they will be classy forever.

These houses look awesome, but some of them you wonder how they'll fair in 10-20 years time because a lot of the materials and landscapes look like they won't age too well, need a lot of maintenance etc.

Render is way more maintenance intensive than ppl think, unless your cool with cracks in it

Also a lot of the houses like u said birds are using "modern" finishes and cladding which won't likely last test of time

Yeah rendering tends to go off after a few years.

Probably just be cheap and paint it

Exactly. Just clean up the bricks tony. You'd be surprised how good bricks can look when their cleaned up and you have a landscape happening.
