Not really. Some autos are f**king shit. Like the one in the bf xr6 310kw version. I changed gears around same time as him and lost no ground what so ever.

They only have 245kw, I've run against a manual in mine (michaels xr8, was pretty even race off a roll) and every gear change he dropped back a bit just from the gearbox

I rode dirt bikes from a young age (pee-wee 50 types), started off small and ended up with a 150 which I sold at 16 - rode only once every month or 2 so not too much.

Got my Ls on the 1 day course, they expect you to know how to ride and basic controls. That being said I hadn't sat on a bike for about 5 years still passed fairly easily, you'll be fine. If you're worried just do the 2 day course, seriously though don't stress its easy.

As for on the road, a bit weird at first.. just doing 80 or 100 seems like your flying. I just took it easy, didn't weave or go to the front of the lights at first. After a few months you get more comfortable, still I always wear gear and don't try to be a hero. Good fun though. Do it!

lol I had a pee wee 50 too.. That's the extent of my experience. Wouldn't know how the gearing works but I'm sure I'd pick it up quick enough. I'll probably do the course they have listed as being for those with no experience..

This one was running e85 and had 340rwkw

Yeah if you haven't had experience with a bike clutch and gears definitely do the 2 day course. Because they don't go through that at all on the 1 day course. They pretty much throw you on the bike and say do some laps, don't want you ripping the clutch out and falling off the back :P

We get it man your car is like so totally fast nothing could ever keep up

For most people though its not just about going fast ie comfy ride, plush interior etc
