i want the full off road look (flood lights, massive tyres, lifs, bars etc) but still have decent space in the back and not cost over 30k...

Avoid doing this to a Hilux unless it's a turbo diesel, the smaller engined Hiluxes have tiny gearboxes that break with standard power and equipment, let alone mud tyres. Patrol diesels are pretty bullet proof. Also avoid:

Bravos/Couriers

Navara
