Depends where you go & whats in it. H&R block or your local accountant would be ~$100. Your specialised Tax Account in the CBD would be any from $200-$500+.

This year I had 2 Jobs, what rate does the 2nd job get taxed at if it was around $20k

Add your incomes together and then work out tax on the total; number of jobs is irrelevant. The misconception that you pay more tax on the second job is because you can only declare the tax free threshold with one of your jobs. What matters is total income, what bracket that puts you in, and tax withheld already.
