Not much, but I do know the people who own one of the Chapel Lambs (thus know it hasn't changed); my friends make me go there occasionally and I feel the same each time. Plus the guys on Commercial look after me so I return with loyalty

Kebabs may be nice, but it will never beat a $12 Parma from Spred Eagle hotel. Six varieties Sunday Monday Tuesday. The place rounds down the bill for me when I take my mates and last time when they brought out the wrong parma by accident (extending my wait by 5 little minutes) they served me free of charge. Now that's pretty awesome.

I feel it's important to distinguish between Melbourne souvlakis and kebabs, as many people think they are one and the same.

Souvlaki = wrap, untoasted, usually made by Greeks/Lebs and bought from a walk in shop. No such thing as a doner souvlaki.

Kebab = wrap, often toasted, usually made by goat lovers/Arabs and bought from a van. You can get a doner kebab.

There is a lot of crossover, but in pure form, that's how it is!
