Not really... He wasn't given the opportunity, he bought it...

He owned DC and was essentially self sponsered to get to where he is today... so unless I start a multi billion dollar fashion label, I can't see it eventuating :P

just start a company like Illest. get some tshirts made using an underated MS Word font and print them in 2 different colours. then get some lanyards made up, a bazillion stickers to give away and suddnely people will pay money for that. cause its cool. and you are personally adding style and fashion to the car scene.

Understand where Grant is coming from...sometimes you get too comfy in a job and need to quit, else you'll never be motivated enough to search hard for one.

So no 300km needed? Figure 8s for 30 minutes and that's it? (Where the fark in the Eastern Suburbs can you do figure 8's in a skyline for 30 minutes without 4 HWP cars and Rapid Response Units showing up?)

Any particular kind of oil for run in and also afterwards?

I went to Supagas on Mountain Highway in the after hours for my KAAZ run in...had a security car turn up, that's about it. When they can see you're not leaving rubber marks behind or making ridiculous noise, they're a bit more understanding!

Figure 8s like drawing figure 8s...can't think of any other way to explain it. Or you can draw the ABC symbol...

Start off just steering, then as the diff starts to break in / shudder less often, you can add some throttle in the turns to induce break away under acceleration.

One thing that I don't understand that is they advertise like they need a worker urgently and when I contact them, they suddenly decide that they don't need one urgently. Happened to me 4 times today.

What's up with that?

Again, not fussed whether it's P/T or F/T.

Just want a job, simple as.

I'm in a similar boat as you Grant, jobless until my engineering kicks off which is unknown atm.... zzzzz

Have you tried looking at gumtree? Some odd jobs here and there on that site.

      All I can say Duncan is good luck and I hope that Neil did not run any E85 in Cheryl. I have recently experienced the full spectrum of fuel tank issues in my R33's that had been caused by E85 and contaminated fuel. When you take the cover off the top of the tank and have a look inside you will get an understanding of how easy it will be. Best case situation is clean fuel with minimal contamination. My GTR was like this and it was a very simple operation to just grab the fuel pump carrier bracket and slide it up and out of the tank. My three GTS_T's had different levels of fuel contamination that was probably caused by E85 in the fuel.  In the worst case all of the metal components in the tank had rusted to the point where there were pieces of rusted metal swirling around in the tank. This required the removal of the exhaust, the tailshaft, the complete rear cradle and the fuel tank. The components in the tank were that rusted that it took days to get the fuel pump carrier and the mounting brackets out of the tank. When the tank was finally cleaned, everything inside the tank had to be replaced. With the tank all back together I could then reinstall it in the car along with everything else that had to come out. Good luck and I hope that you find a clean tank.

      It is a two door. It is black and also still has the OEM wheels and stereo. Exact model would be KR_R32RGFEL_SS According to GTR-Registry.com is a 2 Door Coupe; RB20DE; 2WD no HICAS; MT.F5; (11L) Projector Headlamps and Fog Lights; (12_) Electronic Active Full Auto Air Con (Climate Control); (13-14SS) V Selection -- Which seems to be accurate description of my variant. Will try to upload a few pictures soon. The OEM wheels look like the below image. Image is taken from the goo-net-exchange website.
