The Australian Choice (same brand made AC cola?) chocolate cookies that K-Mart had years ago were my fav.

As for ice cream, I can't go past Nuts About Chocolate. Don't need to add anything to that shit. The Bulla peppermint or cookies and cream is pretty heavenly too. f**k it, most ice cream is awesome.
