For like $2000 to have massive stopping power is totally worth it, I'd say.

yeah man pretty good value considering it comes with everything! I'll have a think about it

Weekly wash and a 6 monthly detail from final inspection :P

well worth the effort too...saw your car at dyno day it was clean as a :whistling:

I do clay and wax every 6 months...other than that just wash it whenever..coz too busy washing other peoples cars to do my own..

my skyline looks like balls

What's the stock setup at the moment on your Ford?

How do they hold up with the power at the moment?

322mm rotors, not sure about the caliper but pretty sure the SS runs the same.

quote from a review actually:

Braking: With the same brakes as the XR8 (322mm and 302mm discs, sliding calipers), the 315kW GS is under-braked in our view, even as an entry model.

Feel through the pedal is soft, making it poorly matched to the ability of the engine. A shame, then, that the GT's four-piston Brembos are no longer an option on the GS.

I mean they're fine for the street really.. it's probably more if I want to do some track stuff

Bonus is also 6pot brembos look badass :P

But yeah bit of a shame you couldn't get the GS with brembos it does feel like it's missing them.

Used to pack a spray bottle of waterless wash and clean microfibre cloths, wash weekly, wax monthly, and clay every 6 monthly. After 3 years, it only got washed in the summer and then only if I had a meet or I was going out.

I don't trust that waterless wash shit...just seems to me like it'd scratch up your paint by spreading the dirt around.

Yeah right!

I mean, you could get away with running a top quality set of front brake pads and slotted rotors with the stock setup.

But if you are finding you need more stopping power, this Brembo kit for $2K seems the best way to go for a street package...

Yet you are also track ready.

you mean weight...
