we use sybiz. i think its shite but the other guys love it.

I've used Sybiz, QuickBooks, Attache', SAP and VA.

Found Attache' very user friendly when we finally had it setup correctly, then we were forced to move on. http://www.attache.com.au/

SAP is really designed for bigger business. It's rather painful.
