VicRoads are such thieves! Just cancelled a 6 month registration which I paid a month ago (22/08/2013) and am only getting back $98 of the $300 it cost!? Fuck that! Apparently I surrender the TAC charge, even though the vehicle is never to see the road again (track bike). What a joke.
