no call back after my expiry date of yesterday. Guess the vendor willing to gamble it for an extra $10k.

Not fussed, im happy to live across the street if the house is better.

Using the postcode to drive up the price seems a bit superficial when the house is on the border of the next suburb lol

wow that's fkd up. Agents like that never succeed long term cos guess who you won't call when selling in the future?
