i bought a physical copy for a few dollars extra. got free DLC as well and only took 10mins to install (plus 30mins patch download time) vs. 15GB download.

Yeh better depreciation it really depends what your after as they say more than one way to skin a cat. If you just want a good earner that'll pay its self off and become an income stream get a unit as close to cbd as possible and just let it sit but capital growth maybe won't be so strong. I've always believed land is king cos they aren't making anymore of it
