lol @ basing their decisions on preventable accidents that happen as a result of hospital negligence.

I know I'm preaching to the choir here, but since when was private health insurance there to influence or protect the actions of the hospital? Last I checked it was there to cover patient expenses in hospital. They are the client, not the hospital.
