Took me a little while! I do work in an office so had like 0 muscle to start off with lol

I'm cutting anyway... is what I tell myself :P. Strange satisfaction spending the day sore from gym, though.

I should do it seeing I've got heaps of free time nowadays.

It's just the motivation I'm struggling with.

time yourself, and aim to improve on the time whenever you run, or run with someone else and try to beat them :)
