yeah i'd prob sell for about 200, duno was keen on just keeping it and one day make a propper simulator thingy (aka when i move out)

Yeah if I get one it'll be for a proper cockpit setup, I'll probably just pay for a decent ready made one though

yeah like its alright on the desk where i can play - but thing is the brake actually has some force behind it like a brake pedal should and pushes away on carpet, plus you cant really change gears hard with the manual mode while its only mounted to a slick desk just slides right off it.

Propper cockpit setup would be WAY better

I made one years ago, has a G25 wheels setup and a glass backed race seat. I loved it for rally games on the PS3, even got some stage records. You are correct, the pedal and wheel force can be higher than what you would expect from a car in similar situations.

Anyone looking for a nice setup on a strong frame with wheels, the G25 and seat, let me know, I want to sell it. No room in the house for it anymore. :/

Haha not sure. Its a year old, so not sure what versions are out now etc

Good fun

So what are your plans for the rebuild leroy?

replace everything thats broken :P

the only significant changes are increased compression from new pistons, forged H rods, adjustable cam gears (2) so that it can be adjusted lol, and hopefully a little bit of porting and other little tasks (bigger openings on oil squirters, stronger springs, balanced engine) add up to a better engine. Im doing a bit of research now in lightened pulleys but over driving is an issue and theres too many version of the FWD SR20s to get confused.

ie. VE oil pump is apparently bigger and better than DE, but while bigger than GTiR it flows less. some VE lightened pulleys require small grinding to fit on DE, but require spacer on GTir and DE (or something, im getting confused with it all). Wish I had all the parts and just see what fits, whats lightest and whats strongest.

hooray for engine rebuild and mi-goreng diet time!

ah if you didn't know though, win sam @ glen waverley has the cheapest instanoodles i've found. its just next to rock kung if you're wondering

but mi goreng is disgusting. but at $10/box, really cant beat that for cost cutting.

dat Daytona feeling.

Mt Waverly instanoodles, eh? I thought living in Balaclava was bad, new restaurants all the time, wanting to try most places. Clayton and surrounding suburbs got so many places its hard to even try a small % of them.
