2. Get an ECU which can support a Flex Setup
3. Get two PFC's and tune them seperately, lol

Are all these options possible?

Can you mix E85 and BP98? or does it destroy the mixture if its like 10% left over from the old fill...

Yeah I have dual maps so I just wait till the empty light comes on and fill it with other fuel/switch tune..

Works fine with safe tunes
