Wait, E85 can be tuned with Nistune?

Any ecu capable of controlling injector flow rate, which is any programmable ecu really, can tune for E85. An E85 tune is only more fuel delivery and advanced timing taking advantage of the high octane.

Good tv hey! You got a bargain. Think mine was a few hundred more a few months before the end of last year.

Mad tv for the price. Makes me want a bigger tv though, a lot of difference going from 55" in my bedroom to that downstairs lol

hey i saw KARAUAN on the freeway last night

Should have beeped! Didn't see you though

Not cause internet, not sure really why I never thought about it.... well, think I might head down the e85 route when tuning comes around. Prob soonish.

Yeah it has to be the latest Nistune though, older version's won't do the Flex Fuel as it has to come with the attachment in the ECU.

Birds is right though, carrying around a laptop would do just fine to get you home on 98. I've currently got my standard ECU sitting in the back of the car so if I get stuck on the way back from phillip island, just put a full tank in of 98 and plug standard ECU in, it'll be like running 101 octane for the thing. (My Flex Fuel hasn't been turned on just yet, we have the wrong firmware for the Nistune software).

Yeh, I haven't seen anyone have much luck with bigger injectors in the stock ecu.

I used to leave a notebook and datalogit in the glovebox.

Notebooks are only like $200

seems R34 very close:

Finally did our flex fuel dyno runs on my R34 Skyline:
- Nistune ECU (Type 4 with Feature Pack 1 - Flex fuel enabled)
- 1000CC ID injectors
- HPX N-1 MAF sensor in 3" tube
- Tomei poncams
- GT3071R turbo
- Trust exhaust system, large FMIC
- Bosch 040 fuel pump
- Jim Berry 300ZX clutch setup

98: 289rwkw @ 17psi
E85: 313rwkw @ 17 psi (Measuring about 78% during the run)

HPX are tuning up really nicely. More info here:
