Rp is shite we don't disclose sales to rpdata so their info is out dated bad not only us almost everyone in our market refuses to disclose

I'd say it's probably 1 in 20 that is not disclosed, if that. It has a lot of free info that i then take to other systems to cut costs and make life quicker. I love it.

Yeah in most areas it's probably fine particularly auction areas as its all disclosed same day/ next day generally. Private sale not so much

Sale price is often redacted as is ownership but all other details (like reserve) are there in 99% of cases
