This. I'm still new to sports bikes myself, I don't let faster riders phase me...it's a good way to come off your bike.

Don't get a motard, get a super sports! Or convert a Shiver to motard spec :D

I wasn't phased, it was literally my third time riding a bike of any description bar a PW50..

I told them not to wait for me as I didn't wanna spoil their fun, but my mate insisted on waiting for me... That lasted about 2 turns before he was out of sight again

lol well i prefer to ride next to people, when we see a push bike we get close put our left hand out and fake grabbing their ass - loled so hard when my mate did it for the first time in front of me..

Hahaha yeah I wasn't even comfortable at speed limits the second time I got on the R1. It's amazing how much time and confidence you pick up through a small amount of practice though.

and he says to me, why arent you buying tyres through me, and i said because i got my nitto invos for $1400

he goes i couldve gotten you them for $1300.

then i turned around and well i actually got them brand new and delivered for $900.

flamin mongrel.

seriously

just flamin mongrel

Haha nah mate, I can ride fast in my own time, riders look after each other, it'll be very nice and easy for you if we go up there.

FWIW, 250s tend to do better on these tight curves, being lighter.

pfft i'll use you and anyone else around me as a shield against cars

Apparently others have beaten me to it...albeit terrible quality and easy riding, you can see how curvy it is:

too many trees lol looks smooth though
