Alv - now that you're an eastern suburbs kid, have you tried Rich Mahas yet? I know it looks like shit, but this beef curry is decent and there's no better roti in Melbourne.

Prolly should have instagrammed that or something, clear images don't do it any favours lol.

i tried rich maha 3 years ago.

Lol. mango lassi is pretty good to go with the roti. so, when do you wanna go? i hate how oily their floors are though.

track only?

i'm not going to be doing many track days, so street pads around 90/axle is enough for me.

track only

ya using app's front and racebrakes rears atm, paying much more than that but that said been stupid happy so far.

Ate too much...feel sick. Nothing to do with what it looks like, I swear!

Yer not the cleanest place, but they've gotten heaps better - I think the health department must have paid them a visit. Gimme a couple weeks...this is one of those cuisines you crave and then don't want for a while lol. In the meantime you can pick a place instead.

Lol. well its exam period, so not really keen on leaving the house unless i need to. + the fact that i'm coughing every 5mins means i'm not fit to leave the house either.

and then i'll be in brissie for 21st june onwards, for 2 weeks. So you have your couple of weeks. =D

I am currently craving for some roast duck though i'm not supposed to be having any. just a random craving.

this is why, i cant afford track (yet)

not a good driver in any way too. i'll stick to hooning, i mean, being a car enthusiast on the street.

Hahahaha! Probably comes out looking better than it does going in LOL

HA

both richo and I ran A1RM's for 12 months

great entry track/street pads.

then when you get fast find ones that suit your driving

not that I'm saying I'm fast yet but hey having fun.

Forgot you were a V-town local...you been?

I've been once or twice and wasn't the biggest fan, but that might be due to me going on non-peak times so not as fresh as it could be.

There used to be a Rich Maha in the city off Collins street which I used to go to quite regulary during lunch, I always thought the food there was quite good.

    • I thought about ditching it but I was worried my bonnet would sound like a 90's Swift GTi sub-filled boot.
    • Have you found that you have to tighten your alternator belt once in a while? Mine has started to squeal again after the mechanic tightened it roughly a year ago and the engine starts up slow if I don't start it every day (think the starter motor is going out). It used to be if I don't drive it once a week I'd get a quick squeal on the belt but now it's every day or every other day. I might make a post of the start up sound.
    • I spent the entire of the long weekend going through my garage and I'm now, after 3.5yrs in this house, able to fit a car in. The garage is quite long and the back half has a high enough ceiling for a 2 post lift but it's going to just take too much space and I don't think I'd be able to get around the car if it was in the air. So, in comes the quick lift. It looks perfect. High enough to do most things, I reckon even getting a gearbox out would be doable.  Does anybody here have one? They're fairly cheap (~$3k) considering...  https://www.dtmtrading.com.au/product/quick-lift-portable-vehicle-hoist-3500-kg-worksafe-approved/ I'm also a bit of a non risk taker so I'd probably still use stands when under!
    • Well now we all see it! I did the same. Then cut it out. Then melted half of it. Then discarded it entirely. So... you're in good company.
    • I just replaced the god awful, sagging, crunchy bonnet insulation. It's something nobody but I see but it's been at me for a while.
