i'd throw some of the gulf western synx-3000 in

a lot of ppl hate GW oils but few actaully run them

the main things are, they are cheap, they work and they are high in detergents

how many kms are actually on this thing? if they are over about 150,000kms you could think about flushing it out with the $13 GW stuff

you might also want to pick up one of the filters with magnets in them, even non metallic particles can become magnitised in the oil due to friction and shit, so it would be a bit of added insurance
