Will I Have Bonnet Issues

hay guys

im putting a rb2630 in my gtr with a gtx3582bb turbo highmounted

will i have bonnet issues with this setup?

if so

what have others done to get thru the problem?

should be ok...seems only the 32s have the issue.

did you specify that it was a dirty 30 to the manifold builder?

Like Zebra said, if specified the manifolds are fabbed to suit, i think all 6boost manis are made to accomodate rb30..

i got a gtx35 with 6 boost on my 2630 and the front of the timing cover is higher then the turbo.

you will have clearance issues with the top of the cam covers & cam gear cover, even without the cam gear cover the front of the cam covers will foul on the bonnet brace in which you'll need to cut the bonnet bracing. no big deal really but needs to be considered

I needed to cut the braces under my bonnet to clear the cam covers in my GTS-T. My 6boost and T51 clear easy.

No issue here. My engine mounts were modded so the engine sits 22mm lower
