You mean the bolts on the top plate ? You have to remove them first to get to the locking ring.

In the boot, i have a cover with a ring of bolts. It has the wiring harness going through it. Under that is the fuel tank cover with the frame for the pump/sock etc. It has a ring of bolts holding that down aswell. I think 32 gts-t's are a tad different

Maybe, never pulled mine apart but worked on 33 and 32 gtr which where the same
